bulletSaturday February 4th - Dealing with Daily Changes in the Workplace

Judi Miles and Christiane Pohl gave a motivating workshop, where the 7 levels of existence were described. The workshop was experiential since the coordinators gave practical examples on body focus, breath and meditation. What is more, they analyzed the function of mind and memory, the way we perceive situations through our intellect and our emotions. They described the obstacles set by our ego in our daily activities. Finally, they applied a meditation exercise to the group which is one of the basic ways of getting in touch with the self. Some members asked questions in the end about the procedure and asked for information on future workshops on meditation.

Judi Miles and Christiane Pohl are both Art of Living Teachers. Both share a vision of a violence-free stress-free world. They managed to offer a relaxing and inspiring workshop, where the members had the chance to benefit from the useful techniques on breathing and an introduction on meditation.
